I had just moved to Fresno and needed a new dentist, and Ashtree Dental stood out because they were open to seeing patients outside of the typical Monday through Friday 9-5 hours that most dentists have. I’m glad I became a patient because the staff are so friendly and professional, and the office is beautiful. They’ve completely fixed my smile and I’m so happy I went with them, and would definitely recommend their dental services to anyone.

I've been terrified of the dentist since I was a child and have only been to the dentist 4 times in my life (so far). Ashtree Dental was my fourth visit ever and it couldn't have gone any better. Everybody there were very welcoming, professional and kind. It really helped ease my anxiety. The doctor was done with the double extraction so fast and efficient, I didn't even feel a thing. I've only been there once but they will be my go-to for any dental work needed. Highly recommended (and have been recommending). You guys are awesome! Keep it up. It really shows.

I literally cannot begin to express my sincere gratitude to Ashtree Dental, Dr. Kaur and all of her staff. I worked in the Medical field for years and all of these ladies are fabulous. I am the biggest baby, SERIOUSLY, with going to the dentist and I just had the BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at a dentist. I had to have a tooth extracted today too! Dr. Kaur is an absolute angel. Please do NOT go here! The quality of service has really gone down. I initially went here almost three years ago and saw Dr. Sidhu at the time. He was amazing, very thorough and professional. Not sure if someone else took over the office but every time I go now, it’s Dr. Kaur. I’ve seen her three times now, and while I try to give benefit of the doubt I find that each visit gets more and more worse. She is unprofessional, condescending, and does not seem to care for each patient. There was one time I went where she was cleaning my teeth and because another patient she scheduled at the same time was having issues with their root canal, she rushed my cleaning and had her assistant take over. That’s fine if she needs to attend to an urgent matter but she never came back and then my cleaning was over.I went back again recently (it’s such a pain to switch dentists) and this time they tried to push x-rays on me again. They try to x-ray me and charge me every time I visit (which is every six months). I ask them why when I don’t have any cavities or issues (as noted on my x-days a few months ago), and they just say that they do that but I have a right to decline. So I politely declined and when I got into the back, they again tried to x-ray me and charge me. I am completely fine with getting necessary treatments, but I’ve never been to a dentist before who tried to push x-rays on me at every visit. It made me feel like they care more about the money than what each patient needs. When Dr. Kaur finally did come to clean my teeth, she spent 5 minutes or less before being done. It was the least thorough cleaning I’ve ever had, and definitely the shortest. She did not even clean between each teeth.TLDR: Bad service, unprofessional, uncaring. Service has really gone down and I won’t be going back.

I am truly glad I found this dental office! What an exceptional dentist and staff! This is where I have been bringing my daughter for about a year now.. Since my mom was recently in pain. I called AshTree Dental on a Monday and was advised to call back on Tuesday morning due to them being close to closing time. So I called in at 9AM and they were able to make an appointment for her that Tuesday at 11. The office was easy for my mom to find. I met up with her at the office. She filled in the paperwork and was soon taken in for x-rays. She was attended by a nice lady who spoke Spanish. The dental work that had to be done was done in the same visit. My mother was pleased with her visit. She was saying how she was treated with kindness and while the dental work was being done she was in no pain whatsoever. The dentist did an amazing job. She was prescribed with the right medication afterwards. She is happy she found her new dentist. And I was relieved my mom was in great hands and satisfied with her dental visit since she can be a hard lady to please. Thank you AshTree Dental!! 😊

So glad I listened to my wife and signed up at Ash Tree Dental. After bad experiences at other dental establishments I am now attending the best. Staff are friendly and efficient. The dentist is knowledgeable and executes the treatments with a high degree of professionalism. You won’t find better in Fresno or maybe even in California.

I'm giving them another shot but mostly because I really need the work down soon and dental insurance only covers x-rays once a yr. Here's what happened, I called to make an appt because I need a crown placed on a root canal I had done a few weeks ago. This needs to be done asap or the root canal could fail and I'll lose the tooth and have wasted money. I tell Ashtree Dental this. Now I understand needing to get an initial exam done and xrays but my main purpose was the crown. I stressed that over the phone. The girl made it sound like that was understood. I go in for my appt, xrays and exam performed, no crown! When asked if I'd be getting the crown placed that day, the response I got was "Oh we're closing early today. We're closing at 4 and it's 3:25". When I tell the dentist how I specified what I needed done when I booked the appt, her response was "we're closing early my staff......." literally trailed off without finishing the sentence. The door says 6pm and google says 5pm. I get wanting to start your weekend early, but call and tell me we hsve to reschedule. It is extremely difficult for me to get time off work for any reason. Now I have to book another appt and hope they don't close early again. Here's hoping.

Recent visit experienceFront desk receptionists greeted very politely. Doctor Kaur was also nice, thorough, explained well.Her assistant, xRay Mexican girl was rude, impolite, abusive, bossy, by her attitude, verbal expressions. Is she like that toward Blacks/Brown people only, or everyone? I have seen similar rudeness at most clinics, customer services. They are mostly White blood mix people. I wouldn’t trust anyone with this type of attitude to touch my teeth. Disgusting behavior from Dr. Kaur and her assistant, Desiree. Completely unacceptable behavior from any working professional!! Poor communication and an embarrassing level of customer service from Dr. Kaur. Office Staff overall seems unorganized and unhappy.... The entire practice seems to be under extreme pressure. Great service! I have visited this dental office 3 times and every time has been an enjoyable experience. All of the staff are friendly, accommodating, and just seem to be in good spirits. The dental care I have received here is top notch and very informative. The women running the front office are very knowledgeable about what is and is not covered under my insurance and are transparent about all info. Recommendations for procedures or treatments are just that, recommended. The doctor does not pressure or try to persuade you into anything and is very kind as well. I was especially pleased with my cleaning I received today by Anna. She was very friendly, happily assessed all of my concerns and seemed to genuinely enjoy her work and patients. The office itself is very clean and beautifully decorated.I would highly recommend!

6.12.23...My son just turned 3 years old. He has been going since he was 10months old. His experiences are amazing he loves going there and he lets them take X-rays & he wants to brush his teeth while he is there. The Doctor & All the staff are amazing... I thank God every time I bring him there... Staff takes the time with him he loves going in and gives staff hugs. And always greets the doctor with a hug... My daughter is just 12 months and they were able to take x-rays to see where her teeth are. She has no teeth yet!!! but I was concerned if she even had any but she does yay 👐👐👐... Every person I met in the office was courteous friendly and professional. Dr. Grewal really took the time necessary to do everything right – and as a new patient took some really good time to get to know me. Great dental experience!

I had some really shoddy work done by another dentist (not sure if he really was tho) dental work only a year old...and I came here and they were terrific! I even have an appt tomorrow to have my teeth cleaned by a real HYGENIST. Can't wait. This is a very knowledgeable and friendly dental office. I'll be back for sure.
